Shipping policy

We will ship your item within displayed time frame and most of our packages are delivered within stipulated time after shipping depending on the Delivery Method chosen. In some cases, it can take up to 10 days for your item to arrive and you should Contact us via Shopify messaging system and we will do our Best to track the item or send out a replacement if the item is lost. Delays in delivery could be caused by courier company and we always ship on the agreed date, please understand that if your item has missed its delivery due date, please contact us before opening a case.
